Finishing up the engine

 Wrinkle effect worked, still not hard but the outer surface is dry.

The nissan logo looks really dull so i decided to sand the paint off the letters / lines.

Ran a razor blade across it scraping up excess paint as i went, this is about 10 mins in.

Being that the paint wasn't completely dry was actually a good thing, it made taking the extra shit off much easier.

This is about the halfway mark, getting there slowly..

I'll have to get finer grit sand paper in the future to polish it completely, but i like the rough finish it has right now, eventually it'll be a mirror shine.
